Hello!
During the month of February, I will be offering some artistic activities to share and enjoy the creative process at my home studio, Studio Oak Tree, 269 Island Park Drive.
Activities:
On Saturday February 9th, Byrne Carrie (2018 figureworks finalist) will present an artist talk about composition using old masters’ work as examples. All levels of artists are welcome to join this talk and try some exercises to learn/review composition. Free for art club members and $10 for non members.
I also offer Friday morning and Saturday afternoon non-instrational portrait drawing sessions at my studio with a $5 participation fee, plus a shared model fee (varies by number of attendants).
The next session will be on Friday Feb 8th, the model will be Dwayne. Please check the schedule.
I also offer basic academic drawing lessons using Charles Bargue plates.
